nbbaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nbbaji platform, operated at nbbaji.org ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game on nbbaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. nbbaji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed above.

These Terms apply to all users of nbbaji, including but not limited to players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless stated otherwise.

To register and use nbbaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nbbaji enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from nbbaji or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or illegal purpose.
• You must register with accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual may register one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. nbbaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) may be required at any point during your use of the Platform. nbbaji may request government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

nbbaji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be set out in each individual promotion's terms.

nbbaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are available for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbbaji and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities intentionally
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade restrictions
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing others to operate your account
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at nbbaji staff or other users

nbbaji employs fraud detection tools and regularly audits account activity. Players found in breach of this section waive any right to appeal the forfeiture of their balance.

nbbaji is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide the following tools to all registered players, available at no cost and without waiting periods:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings

nbbaji may share data with payment providers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies where required to operate the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable regulations. All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data with equivalent security standards.

All content on nbbaji, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game assets, is the intellectual property of nbbaji or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any nbbaji content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of nbbaji's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

nbbaji does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. nbbaji will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime but accepts no liability for resulting disruption.

The total aggregate liability of nbbaji to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and nbbaji, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Please allow up to 10 business days for a formal written response to dispute submissions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents nbbaji from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.

nbbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
